Looking for a home away from home? Then our house might be just the place for you. We are located in downtown east Toronto in an area called Riverdale. We are a 5 minute walk from the subway and are very close to most major ESL schools and the University of Toronto. Please note that we take female students only.

The student bedrooms are located on the second floor and have a bed (with new mattress), dresser, table & chair, bookcase, closet, television, a VHS & DVD player (with many movies to borrow) and CD player. We have 2 bathrooms, which we share.

We provide sheets and towels and have laundry in house.
There is also wireless Internet access, access to an indoor swimming pool and a 10 minute walk to a fabulous outdoor swimming pool.

Our family also consists of 2 friendly dogs and 2 lovely cats.My pets are very gentle and have been used to train people who either have fears of animals or who are not used to them. I am a very good cook and I also speak French. We are always happy to help you with your English.

We have hosted students from Japan, Brazil, South Korea,Chile, Mexico, Turkey, China, Hong Kong, Venezuela, Spain and Germany.

Although smoking is not permitted inside the house, smoking is allowed in the backyard.

We can negotiate a different fee if you wish a different meal plan.
